Provided is a medical cooling apparatus comprising a cooling medium receiving part which receives a detachable cooling medium, and is made of a plurality of split units having contact surfaces thermally coupled with the detachable cooling medium on one side thereof； and cooling generation parts which are arranged on the other sides of the plurality of split units and supply cooling energy to the cooling medium receiving part. The cooling medium receiving part is thermally coupled with the detachable cooling medium through lubricating members formed on the contact surfaces.
