An aimer (130) has an elongated aimer tip (132) and an aimer point (134), and is present at a distal end of the aimer tip from the hinge. The aimer tip is coupled to an arm (110) via the hinge at a proximate end. The hinge is adapted to secure the aimer at a degree of rotation about an axis (122) defined by hinge rotation.
