PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for absorbing torsional vibration which can eliminate the torsional vibration more effectively while not necessary or minimizing to change each part of conventional device.SOLUTION: The device for absorbing torsional vibration includes a first member 1 rotating around a central axis S1 a second member 2 rotating around a central axis S2 a spring wherein one end is locked by the first member 1 and the other end is locked by the second member 2 a restraining means R for restraining the first member 1 and the second member 2 with each other to relatively revolve by matching the central axes S1 and S2 and a restricting means for restricting a relative axially rotating angle between the first member 1 and the second member 2.
