PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device which uniformly peels the skin of an object to be peeled and enables peeling time reduction and yield improvement.SOLUTION: A peeling device includes: a first rotation body 3 and a second rotation body 4 each provided with a peeling part 3e with many opening holes 3d, and a rotary shaft 3a； and driving means 5, 6 rotating the first and second peeling rotation bodies. At least one of the peeling parts is constituted to flexibly move to the rotary shaft, and thereby the distance between parts where the first and second peeling rotation bodies face to each other changes in a horizontal direction (Y-axis direction) or a vertical direction (Z-axis direction) based on a rotary shaft direction (X-axis direction) when the first and second peeling rotation bodies rotationally drive outside from each other, so that a vertical motion, a horizontal motion and a rotational motion of the object to be peeled become random to improve peeling performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】被皮剥物の皮を均一に剥離するとともに、皮剥き時間の短縮、歩留まり向上が可能となる皮剥き装置を提供すること。【解決手段】多数の開口孔３ｄを有する皮剥部３ｅ及び回転軸３ａを備えた第１の皮剥回転体３と第２の皮剥回転体４と、第１と第２の皮剥回転体を回転させる駆動手段５，６を備え、少なくとも一方の皮剥部が回転軸に対して可動自在に構成することで、第１と第２の皮剥回転体が互いに外側に回転駆動する際に、第１と第２の皮剥回転体の対向した部分の距離が回転軸方向（Ｘ軸方向）に対して、水平方向（Ｙ軸方向）或いは垂直方向（Ｚ軸方向）で変化することで、被皮剥物の上下動、水平動、回転動がランダムになり、皮剥き性能が向上する。【選択図】図２
