With respect to this storage cell (11), for example, a compound is decomposed by the supply of a current from the positive electrode (22) toward the negative electrode (24) through the electrolyte layer, and a compound is produced by the supply of a current from the negative electrode (24) toward the positive electrode (22) through the electrolyte layer.
