An in-vivo information acquiring device 1 according to the invention includes a capsule endoscope 2 for capturing a group of in-vivo images and a receiving device 10 for receiving the group of the in-vivo images from the capsule endoscope 2. The capsule endoscope 2 has an imaging unit 4 for obtaining a specific image including the specific information of a subject and capturing a group of in-vivo images of the subject. The receiving device 10 has a storage unit 16 for storing the group of the in-vivo images captured by the imaging unit 4 and a control unit 18. The control unit 18 registers specific information included in the specific image and controls the storage unit 16 so that it causes the registered specific information to correspond to a group of in-vivo images of a subject specified by the specific information so as to store the group of in-vivo images of the subjects by specific information.
