A combined fermented cactus fruits and pitahayas (dragon fruits) juice is produced by extracting the juice from the cactus fruits and pitahayas including peel thereof, adding a suitable amount of water, placing probiotics in the juice, and leaving the juice to ferment at a controlled temperature.
