The invention relates to a hand orthosis for immobilizing two contiguous metacarpal bones, which orthosis permits releasable and adjustable immobilization of two contiguous metacarpals chosen from the 2nd to the 5th, and which comprises rigid palmar (3) and dorsal (2) supports, each removable and displaceable. More precisely, the orthosis comprises: a flexible body (1) having a lower face, called the inner face, in contact with the skin of the hand and an opposite face, called the outer face, which has a gripping surface, said flexible body comprising a first zone, which covers the palmar surface of the hand, and a second zone, which covers the dorsal surface of the hand - the rigid dorsal support is fixed to the gripping face of the second zone and comprises a rigid blade that is curved at its end protruding from the flexible body - the rigid palmar support comprises at least one blade that is curved at the end, said blade protruding from the flexible body in the continuation of the affected metacarpal.Linvention concerne une orthèse de main apte à immobiliser deux os métacarpiens jointifs, qui permet limmobilisation de deux métacarpiens jointifs choisis du 2ème au 5ème, de façon amovible et ajustable et qui comprend des appuis rigides palmaire (3) et dorsal (2), chacun amovible et déplaçable. Plus précisément, lorthèse comprend : un corps flexible (1) présentant une face dite intérieure en contact avec la peau de la main et une face opposée dite extérieure à surface agrippante, ledit corps flexible comprenant une première zone qui recouvre la surface palmaire de la main et une deuxième zone qui recouvre la surface dorsale de la main - lappui rigide dorsal est fixé sur la face agrippante de la deuxième zone et comprend une lame rigide courbée au niveau de son extrémité qui dépasse du corps flexible - lappui rigide palmaire comprend au moins une lame courbée en extrémité, ladite lame dépassant du corps flexible dans le prolongement du métacarpe atteint.
