The invention relates to a hand orthosis adapted to immobilize two contiguous metacarpal bones, which allows the immobilization of two adjoining metacarpals chosen from the 2nd to the 5th, in a removable and adjustable manner and which comprises rigid palmar (3) and dorsal (2 ), each removable and movable. More specifically, the orthosis comprises: a flexible body (1) having a so-called inner face in contact with the skin of the hand and a so-called external surface with gripping surface, said flexible body comprising a first zone which covers the palmar surface of the hand and a second area that covers the dorsal surface of the hand； - The rigid back support is fixed on the gripping face of the second zone and comprises a rigid blade bent at its end protruding from the flexible body； the rigid palmar support comprises at least one end-curved blade, said blade protruding from the flexible body in the extension of the reached metacarpal.
