UTILISATION D'UN DISPOSITIF D'OZONISATION POUR L'EXTRACTION DE BAVE D'ESCARGOT ET DISPOSITIF APPARENTÉ, STIMULATION DE SOLUTION ET PROCÉDÉ D'EXTRACTION DE BAVE D'ESCARGOT
The invention concerns the use of a device (10) comprising (a) at least one container (14, 16) with at least one hole (38, 28) and its lid (20, 22) to close the container (14, 16) hermetically, where the container (14, 16) or the lid (20, 22) is provided with at least an inlet (18, 24, 26) in order to introduce a stimulating solution or sterilized and/or ozonated water； (b) a sanitizing unit comprising an ozone generator (32) and a sterilization device (36), and which can be supplied or is supplied by a water supply； (c) one or more tanks (40) for containing or that contain a stimulating solution； and (d) a liquid transport system, for the transfer of the stimulating solution and the sterilized and/or ozonated water respectively from said one or more tanks (40) and from said sanitizing unit through said inlet (18, 24, 26) to said at least one container (14, 16)； wherein said at least one inlet (18, 24, 26) is connectable or is connected with said one or more tanks (40) or said sanitizing unit in order to be supplied with said stimulating solution or said sterilized and/or ozonated water for the extraction of snail slime. The invention further concerns a relative device, a stimulation solution and a process for extracting snail slime.
