The invention relates to a cultivator with swinging framework meant for performing powered works of hoeing and breaking up the soil between the rows of hoeing plants, such as maize, sunflower, soy or various vegetable crops sown in rows, at a distance of 45...80 cm. According to the invention, the cultivator consists of a supporting bar (A) comprising a central bar (1) on which some adjustable supports (3) are mounted, by means of some flanges (2), for coupling the cultivator to various three-points suspension mechanisms of tractors, a combiner, two articulations (a) placed under an angle (&alpha) in relation to the vertical plane, which permit a left bar (4) and a right bar (5) to be swung towards the tractor coupling points under an angle ( &bgr ) in relation to the horizontal plane, thereby resulting in a transport vehicle gauge having a determined width (b) and two points (c) for blocking it during operation, some hoeing sections (B) placed between said points at a determined distance (x) on the support bar (A), each of them comprising a parallelogram mechanism (6), a framework (7) on which there is mounted one of the soil copying wheels (8), an arrow blade (9), a right side blade (10) and a left side blade (11), on two of them there being mounted some support wheels (12).Invenţia se referă la un cultivator cu cadru rabatabil, destinat mecanizării lucrărilor de prăşit şi afânat solul, de pe intervalul rândurilor de plante prăşitoare, cum ar fi porumb, floarea-soarelui, soia, sau diferite culturi legumicole, semănate pe rânduri cu distanţa de 45...80 cm.
