The invention relates to the biomass and/or cereal grain processing equipment and can be used in zootechny for chopping vegetal biomass and/or cereal grain used in the production of combined feeds.The vegetal biomass and/or cereal grain chopper comprises a main frame (1), on which is mounted a drum (2) with a cover (20), connected to a tunnel, in which is mounted a vegetal biomass pressing and pushing mechanism (33), formed by a toothed roller (37). On the frame (1) are mounted an infeed conveyor (3) and a countercut (46). In the drum (2) on axles (5, 8, 9) are mounted a large rotor (4), consisting of discs with pins and hammers (12), and two small rotors (6, 7), consisting of discs with knives (14). To the drum (2) is attached a sieve with two toothed plates (18, 19), and in its lower part is made a chopped biomass and/or cereal grain outlet hole (29). On one end of the axle (5) is fixed a fan, and on the other - a driving wheel.
