The present invention relates to a method for perfectly treating food waste. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a nano-zinc carbon potassium permanganate solution having sterilization and deodorization functions by electrolysis; separating food waste and leachate from a water collection tank; transferring the food waste to a mixing process and perfectly sterilizing and deodorizing the food waste with the zinc carbon potassium permanganate solution; transferring the food waste to a grinding process, mixing the food waste and waste vinyl at a certain ratio, and grinding the same in a regular size; mixing certain amounts of the ground food waste composition and briquette powder in a screw-typed mixing process device, transferring the same to a briquette extruding process, and extruding the same as a briquette with 19 holes; and perfectly treating the food waste by mixing a small amount of the leachate of the food waste with the briquette powder and extruding a briquette in accordance with a briquette manufacturing process. The present invention relates to a method for preparing a nano-zinc carbon potassium permanganate solution having sterilization and deodorization functions and a method for treating food waste by using the same.본 발명은 음식물쓰레기를 완벽하게 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.전기분해로 살균, 탈취 기능이 있는 나노 아연 탄소 과망간산칼륨 용액을 제조한 후에, 집수조에서 음식물쓰레기와 침출수를 분리시킨 다음 혼합공정으로 이관시켜 나노 아연 탄소 과망간산칼륨 용액으로 완벽하게 살균탈취시킨 다음 분쇄공정으로 이관시켜 음식물쓰레기와 폐비닐을 일정한 비율로 혼합하여 일정규격으로 분쇄한 다음 스크류 형태의 혼합공정기기에서 상기 분쇄된 음식물쓰레기 조성물과 연탄분말을 일정한량을 혼합하여 연탄압출공정으로 이관시켜 19공탄 연탄을 압출하고 또한 음식물쓰레기 침출수를 연탄분말에 소량 혼합하여 연탄제조공정에 따라 연탄을 압출하여 음식물쓰레기를 완벽하게 처리하는 살균, 탈취 기능이 있는 나노 아연 탄소 과망간산칼륨 용액의 제조방법과 그를 이용한 음식물쓰레기 처리방법에 관한 것이다.
