The present invention relates to a hair transplanting device having a plasmonic sterilizing function. The hair transplanting device performs hair transplantation by using a sterilization module including: a structure having a nano-film or nano-particles of precious metals such as gold and silver and a titanium dioxide (TiO_2) nano-film formed on the nano-film or the nano-particles and a light-emitting semiconductor (LED) light source for irradiating visible light to the structure. The hair transplanting device has a sterilizing function using reactive oxygen species through surface plasmon.
