The present invention relates to a photocatalytic sterilization apparatus using plasmons. In particular, the photocatalytic sterilization apparatus is capable of effectively sterilizing an article exposed to bacterial proliferation, by using a visible light lamp and a photocatalytic carrier, to generate antibacterial air in a sealed space inside a main body through a photocatalytic reaction using plasmons, wherein the photocatalytic carrier is coated with a titanium dioxide (TiO_2) photocatalytic thin film layer and a metal thin film layer deposited thereon at certain thicknesses. In particular, the photocatalytic sterilization apparatus comprises: a main body including a storage space for storing a sterilization target； and a sterilization means for generating antibacterial air into the storage space.
