PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a raking reel from being lowered in the event that a hydraulic cylinder for raising and lowering the raking reel fails while the raking reel is raised.SOLUTION: A lowering limiting means (A) for limiting the lowering of the raking reel (18) is provided at a side part of a harvesting implement (13) on the side of a cabin (5). A raising and lowering means (10) includes a cylinder case (10a) connected at one end to the harvesting table (14) side and a cylinder rod (10b) connected to the reel support arm (19R) side that supports the raking reel (18) and being slidable against the cylinder case (10a). The lowering limiting means (A) includes a strut element (1) whose base end part is turnably attached to the reel support arm (19R).
