PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bile duct stent having improved radiation support force and anti-kinking property, and capable of suppressing twisting during diameter reduction/deployment.SOLUTION: A body 2 includes an annular unit 4 and a connection unit 5. The annular unit 4 is arranged in the longitudinal direction via the connection unit 5, and a strut 4ST includes a first strut 4ST1 and a second strut 4ST2, and is continuously formed into a substantially wave shape via a plurality of crests and a plurality of troughs in the circumferential direction. A connection strut 5ST of the connection unit 5 includes: a first end 5E1 at a terminal DE side and a second end 5E2 at a base end PE side and ascent struts 5STU and descent struts 5STD. At least three ascent struts 5STU and descent struts 5STD respectively, are arranged in a circumferential direction at predetermined intervals apart at the plurality of crests and troughs that face each other in the circumferential direction and at substantially equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
