PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage tube capable of indwelling easily the drainage tube in a biliary duct or a pancreatic duct, without enforcing an excessive burden onto a patient, and an endoscope with the drainage tube.SOLUTION: The drainage tube 200 is attached to a distal end part of an endoscope insertion part 15 inserted into the biliary duct 65 or pancreatic duct 66, along a longitudinal direction of the endoscope insertion part.
