An imaging system may include: a scan head optically coupled to the light source and configured to scan light from a light source onto a portion of a specimen and to receive light reflected from the portion of the specimen； an interferometer optically coupled to the light source and to the scan head to receive and generating an interference output using light from the light source and light reflected from the portion of the specimen； a scanning spectrometer optically coupled to the interferometer to receive the interference output and generating a scanned output, the scanned output having a sub-spectrum of light which is narrower than a spectrum of light generated by the light source； and a detector optically coupled to the scanning spectrometer to detect the scanned output and generating a detector signal from the detected scanned output.La présente invention concerne un système d'imagerie pouvant comprendre : une tête de balayage optiquement couplée à la source de lumière et configurée pour balayer de la lumière provenant une source de lumière sur une partie d'un échantillon et recevoir la lumière reflétée par la partie de l'échantillon ； un interféromètre optiquement couplé à la source de lumière et à la tête de balayage pour recevoir et générer une émission d'interférence utilisant la lumière provenant la source de lumière et la lumière reflétée par la partie de l'échantillon ； un spectromètre de balayage optiquement couplé à l'interféromètre pour recevoir l'émission d'interférence et générer un résultat de balayage, le résultat de balayage ayant un sous-spectre de lumière qui est plus étroit qu'un spectre de lumière généré par la source de lumière ； et un détecteur optiquement couplé au spectromètre de balayage pour détecter le résultat de balayage et générer un signal de détection depuis le résultat de balayage détecté.
