PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of realizing an excellent signal-to-noise ratio without making the package size larger.SOLUTION: In a region on an FPC board 35 adjacent to a device connection part 37 electrically connected to an image pickup device 30, a first board region 40 (land formation region) is set to form a cable connection land 47. Also, an image pickup device driving power supply stabilization capacitor 54 is packaged in a third board region 42 (superposition region) which is set in a region on the FPC board 35 apart from the device connection part 37 and superposed on the first board region 40 by folding back the FPC board 35. The image pickup device driving power supply stabilization capacitor 54 is electrically connected to the device connection part 37 via a cable 56 which forms a conductive path in the superposition direction of the first to third board regions 40-42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
