PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image observation device enabling an operator to understand an outline of a read-out result.SOLUTION: An image observation device includes a specification part, an image generation part and a display control part. The specification part specifies a cross section which enables a user to visually recognize a position inside a subject associated with accompanying information set in at least one image of a plurality of images and crosses the plurality of images, in a three-dimensional image composed of the plurality of images obtained by photographing the subject to which inspection is performed. The image generation part generates an MPR image showing the cross section specified by the specification part, from the three-dimensional image, and superimposes the accompanying information on the generated MPR image.
