PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a pixel value in a state where a fluctuation of the pixel value is small over the entire scheduled duration during imaging a subject.SOLUTION: A generation device 23 includes: an imaging information acquisition part 12 for acquiring information an imaging region of a subject; a subject information acquisition part 13 for acquiring information of the subject; and a protocol generation part 16 for generating an injection protocol of a contrast medium on the basis of the information of the imaging region and the information of the subject.
