PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphene sensor capable of selectively and highly sensitively detecting a predetermined substance species even from a specimen solution in which a plurality of substance species are mixed. SOLUTION: The graphene sensor according to the present invention is a sensor using a graphene film as a sensing portion. The sensor has a field-effect transistor structure including: a channel of the graphene film formed on a substrate; a source electrode joined to one end of the channel; and a drain electrode joined to the other end of the channel. The graphene film is formed of graphene crystals that are parallel to the surface of the substrate, and a functional group adsorbing substance species to be detected or connected to the substance species to be detected is modified on the edge of the graphene crystal.
