摘要：: The invention relates to compounds of formula I inhibiting Rho Kinase that are bicyclic dihydropyrimidine-carboxamide derivatives, methods of preparing such compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and therapeutic use thereof.Particularly the compounds of the invention may be useful in the treatment of many disorders associated with ROCK enzymes mechanisms, such as pulmonary diseases including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).本發明係關於抑制Rho激酶之式I化合物，其為雙環二氫嘧啶-甲醯胺衍生物；製備該等化合物之方法；包含其等之醫藥組成物及其治療用途。特定而言，本發明之化合物可有用於治療許多與ROCK酶機制相關的病症，諸如肺部疾病包括氣喘、慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)、特發性肺纖維化(IPF)及肺動脈高血壓(PAH)。
