The invention relates to compounds of formula I inhibiting Rho Kinase that are bicyclic dihydropyrimidine-carboxamide derivatives, methods of preparing such compounds, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and therapeutic use thereof.Particularly the compounds of the invention may be useful in the treatment of many disorders associated with ROCK enzymes mechanisms, such as pulmonary diseases including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).本發明係有關於屬於雙環二氫嘧啶-羧醯胺衍生物的Rho激酶抑制作用的式I化合物，此等化合物之製備方法，含有該等化合物之醫藥組成物及其治療用途。特別地，本發明之化合物用於許多ROCK酶機轉相關聯的病症之治療上可能有用，諸如肺臟疾病包括氣喘、慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)、特發性肺纖維化(IPF)及肺動脈高壓(PAH)。
