PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of changing the operating direction of a treater corresponding to each part in the height direction on each of the left half body and right half body of a user.SOLUTION: The massage machine comprises: a first treatment mechanism 1 on the left side provided with a first driving means for operating treaters 3 and 4 on the left side and a first operating direction change means for changing the operating direction of the treaters 3 and 4 a second treatment mechanism 1 on the right side provided with a second driving means for operating the treaters 3 and 4 on the right side and a second operating direction change means for changing the operating direction of the treaters 3 and 4 and an elevating and lowering means for respectively independently elevating and lowering a first massage unit 44a loaded with the first treatment mechanism 1 and a second massage unit 44b loaded with the second treatment mechanism 1.
