The disclosure provides a new type of buccal mucous membrane penetration nanoparticle having proteins. The nanoparticle is composed of a main body of buccal mucous membrane penetration particle, an iron oxide which can easily combine with biological molecules, such as proteins, an absorption enhancer which can enhance proteins passing through buccal mucous membranes rapidly, and a protein for providing nutrition which human need, or achieving medical treatment.
