PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, a program and an image processing method or the like for performing image summarization processing of suppressing the generation of a region which becomes unobservable due to the deletion of an image by using deformation information, and for improving the efficiency of the image summarization processing by using an unnecessary region at that time.SOLUTION: An image processor includes: an image sequence acquisition part 200 for acquiring an image sequence having a plurality of constructed images and a processing part 100 for performing image summarization processing of generating a summarized image sequence by deleting a part of the plurality of constructed images of the image sequence.
