PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means and methods for protecting skin, particularly human skin, against pathogenic microorganisms.SOLUTION: Microorganisms are, in a first aspect, able to stimulate the growth of microorganisms of the skin normal bacterial flora but do not stimulate the growth of microorganisms of the transient pathogenic bacterial flora. In a second aspect, microorganisms are able to inhibit the growth of microorganisms of the skin transient pathogenic bacterial flora but do not inhibit the growth of microorganisms of the skin normal bacterial flora. Compositions comprising such microorganisms as well as the use of such microorganisms in cosmetic, prophylactic, or therapeutic applications are also provided.【課題】 皮膚、特にヒトの皮膚を病原微生物から保護することを可能にする手段および方法が必要である。【解決手段】 第一の態様において、皮膚常在菌叢の微生物の生育を刺激することができるが、一過性病原性菌叢の微生物の生育は刺激しない微生物を記載する。第二の態様において、一過性病原性皮膚菌叢の微生物の生育を阻害することができるが、皮膚常在菌叢の微生物の生育は阻害しない微生物を記載する。上記微生物を含んでなる組成物、ならびに化粧上、予防上、または治療上の用途における上記微生物の使用も記載される。【選択図】なし
