PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing hydrogen, an apparatus for adding hydrogen, and a hydrogen-added product.SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing hydrogen includes a reaction unit and a gas collection unit. The reaction unit comprises a first region to store a solid reactant, a second region to store a liquid reactant, and a separation layer to separate the first region from the second region. When the separation layer forms an opening, the solid reactant comes into contact and reacts with the liquid reactant, producing hydrogen.
