The group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, and more particularly to dentistry, and can be used for the 3D planning of dental treatment and the subsequent implementation thereof using 3D digital technology. The present system includes a machine-readable medium for implementing a method, a device for storing patient data including results of dental arch scans, images of the patient's face and/or smile, and CT or MRI scans including the temporomandibular joints, the inferior dental canals, the bones of the upper and lower jaw, and the roots and crown portions of the teeth; a device for storing reference data depending on age, sex and/or anthropometric characteristics, computer programmes containing instructions for comparing data obtained from the device for storing individual patient data and the device for storing reference data in order to identify dental pathologies and to bring the patient's data into alignment with a norm taking into consideration simulated movements, and effecting one-off interdependent virtual 3D planning of treatment steps which provides a treatment scenario for each step of the treatment of the relevant dental pathology taking into consideration the simulated movements. A change in the scenario of one of the treatment steps can lead to a corresponding change in the scenario of other treatment steps. The system allows three dimensional modeling of the result of the simultaneous planning of treatment steps, and records information about the resultant scenarios of each treatment step for the virtual modeling of comprehensive treatment plans based on the resultant three-dimensional modeling of the result of the planning and of the simultaneous analysis of all of the scenarios of each treatment step for the relevant dental pathology.
