Disclosed is a personal care composition comprising: a) a porous particle； b) a film forming polymer； and c) a cosmetically acceptable carrier which is a water and oil emulsion； wherein the porous particle has oil absorption value in the range of 50g/100g to 1500g/100g； wherein the porous particle is selected from porous silica, cellulose, acrylic polymer, nylon and ethylene/methacylate copolymer hollow sphere coated with porous silica； wherein the film forming polymer is selected from an acrylate polymer, a methacrylate polymer, a urethane polymer or co-polymers thereof； and wherein the composition comprises whitening pigment in an amount of from 0.001 to 2 wt%.
