The present invention relates to a composition in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion containing, in a cosmetically acceptable medium, at least non-spherical composite particles with a mean size of between 0.1 and 30 µm, comprising a matrix and an inorganic UV-screening agent, the said inorganic screening agent being present in a content ranging from 1% to 70% by weight relative to the total weight of the composite particle, the said composition not containing any silicone emulsifier.La présente invention concerne une composition se présentant sous la forme dune émulsion eau dans huile contenant, dans un support cosmétiquement acceptable, au moins des particules composites non-sphériques présentant une taille moyenne pouvant varier de 0,1 à 30 µm et comprenant une matrice et un écran anti-UV inorganique, ledit écran inorganique étant présent à hauteur de 1 à 70 % en poids par rapport au poids total des particules composites, et ladite composition ne contenant aucun émulsifiant à base de silicone.
