More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a propolis-containing red ginseng slice, comprising the following steps: preparing red ginseng； immersing the prepared red ginseng in a solution mixture of propolis, a shiitake extract, and a grapefruit extract to soften the same so that the moisture content can be 35-45%； heating the softened red ginseng； low-temperature drying the heated red ginseng at 40-50°C so that the moisture content can be 10-15%； and coating the low-temperature dried red ginseng with propolis.본 발명은 프로폴리스를 포함하는 홍삼절편 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 홍삼절편에 관한 것이다.보다 구체적으로, 홍삼을 제조하는 단계, 상기 제조된 홍삼을 프로폴리스, 표고버섯 추출물 및 자몽추출물이 혼합된 혼합액에 침지시켜 수분함량이 35~45%가 되도록 연화시키는 단계, 상기 연화된 홍삼을 세단하는 단계, 상기 세단된 홍삼을 수분함량이 10~15%가 되도록 40~50℃ 로 저온건조시키는 단계, 상기 저온건조된 홍삼을 프로폴리스로 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로폴리스를 포함하는 홍삼절편 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
