A two liquid formulation type cosmetic composition with assurance of mixing easiness is provided. Specifically, the disclosed two liquid formulation cosmetic composition comprises a first formulation and a second formulation. The first formulation comprises a metal ion blocking agent, a polyol and a solvent, and selectively comprises a thickening agent. The second formulation comprises a metal ion blocking agent, a polyol and a solvent, and selectively comprises a thickening agent. The viscosity and mixing ratio of the first and second formulations are suitably adjusted, so that the first formulation and the second formulation can be easily mixed while being shaken before in use. In the disclosed two liquid formulation type cosmetic composition and cosmetics containing the same, two formulations received in a mixing container can be easily mixed only by several times of shaking before in use. In the result of mixing, it is noted that an effective ingredient in a mixed solution can be homogenously dispersed or dissolved and the two formulations can be separately existed before being mixed.
