PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat accumulation inhibitor which can inhibit the accumulation of fat in an organ effectively.SOLUTION: A culture composition obtained from the culture of Aureobasidium pullulans is used as an active ingredient of a fat accumulation inhibitor. This fat accumulation inhibitor can inhibit the accumulation of fat in an organ effectively.
