The present invention relates to a jam containing a rice bran and cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste) and a method of manufacturing the same. The jam containing the rice bran and cheonggukjang is characterized by comprising: 25-40 wt% of the rice bran, 25-40 wt% of the cheonggukjang, 15-30 wt% of fermented fruit juice, and 15-30 wt% of fermented vegetable or herb juice to make up a total of 100 wt%. The method of manufacturing the jam comprises: (a) a step for sterilizing the rice bran (b) a step for making a cheonggukjang powder (c) a step for making a pulp and the fermented fruit juice by fermenting fruits (d) a step for making the fermented vegetable or herb juice containing the rice bran and (e) a step for making the jam by mixing the vegetable or herb juice containing the rice bran, the cheonggukjang powder, and the pulp and the fermented fruit juice together. Accordingly, the jam containing the rice bran and cheonggukjang helps greatly to improve health due to the high contents of rice bran and cheonggukjang, both of which are very beneficial to a human body and have excellent taste and nutrition.
