PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image apparatus capable of suspending reproduction of an image without complicated operation when a plurality of medical images are reproduced as a series of images and a control program thereof.SOLUTION: The medical image apparatus includes a combined B-mode data creating part for creating combined data composed of data on a plurality of frames of a B-mode image reproduced in a display part 8 by combining data on the plurality of B-mode images stored as medical images in a hard disk drive 6 and a compiling part 7 having a reproduction suspending frame setting part for dividing the combined data into a plurality of segment data segmented by reproduction suspending frames by setting one or a plurality of reproduction suspending frames in the combined data.
