PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a patterned laver reduced in burnt smell and uneven roasting and suitable for laser processing.SOLUTION: The method for producing a roasted laver includes a primary roasting step of roasting and drying a dried laver at predetermined temperature for predetermined time, a laser processing step of cutting predetermined patterns from the laver by laser processing, and a secondary roasting step of further roasting the laver at predetermined temperature for predetermined time； more preferably, the method further includes a setting-up step of drying a primarily roasted laver at normal temperature at least for 12 hours or longer after the primary roasting step and a tertiary roasting step of roasting a secondarily roasted laver after the secondary roasting step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 焦げ臭や焼きむらが低減され、かつ、レーザー加工に適した模様付海苔の製造を課題とするものである。【解決手段】 所定の温度及び時間により乾海苔を焙焼及び乾燥させた第一次焙焼工程と、レーザー加工により所定の模様を切断するレーザー加工工程と、更に所定の温度及び時間により焙焼する第二次焙焼工程とからなるもので、より好ましくは第一次焙焼工程後に第一次焼き海苔を少なくとも１２時間以上常温乾燥させる仕掛工程や、第二次焙焼工程後に第二次焼き海苔を焙焼する第三次焙焼工程を含むものである。【選択図】 図１
