PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device of food capable of reliably preventing delamination from occurring even if cheese curd stacked in layers are cut in the stacking direction.SOLUTION: A food cutting device includes slender plate-like cutting blades 20 for cutting cheese curd 2 sandwiching gustatory substances or foods in the interlayer 2A thereof from the lower side to the upper side in the stacking direction, and a takeout member for taking out portion cheese by pressing the inter-slit portions of the cheese curd 2 cut by the cutting blades 20 from the upper side to the lower side in the stacking direction. One end of the cutting blade 20 is attached to the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical frame 10 and the other end extends radially toward the center axis of the frame 10. The cutting blade 20 is separated from the adjacent cutting blade 20 at a predetermined gap. The cheese curd 2 to which slits are provided by the cutting blades 20 and the center portions of which are joined to each other does not cause peeling since the fitted state of the lower layer side thereof to the upper layer side is maintained.
