A dairy beverage comprising a beverage and a packaging material. The drink includes fresh milk. The packaging material includes a body that is compressible and deformable, and a cover that releasably closes the body and defines a chamber with the body for filling the beverage. The packaging material is subjected to high pressure treatment in a liquid under high pressure processing (HPP) so that the immunoglobulin content of the beverage in the packaging material is greater than 10 mg/100 ml within 30 days. Thereby, under the condition of the high hydrostatic pressing process, the body capable of pressure deformation can not only achieve the bactericidal effect, but also can increase the content of the immunoglobulin.一種乳製飲品，包含一飲料，及一包裝材。該飲料包括鮮乳。該包裝材包括一可加壓變形的本體，及可卸離地封閉該本體且與該本體界定出一容室的一蓋體，該容室供填充該飲料。該包裝材以高靜水壓製程(High Pressure Processing，HPP)在液體中進行高壓處理，使該包裝材內之飲料的免疫球蛋白含量在30日內大於10mg/100ml。藉此，以可加壓變形的本體，在該高靜水壓製程的條件下，不但能夠達到殺菌效果，且能提升免疫球蛋白的含量。
