PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize efficacy by a chemical without being influenced by a change of temperatures such as an atmospheric temperature or a water temperature and to make a used amount of a chemical stable so as to restrain variations in period of use of a container and to improve handleability.SOLUTION: A chemical supply container comprises: a container body 2 that houses a chemical L and that has a port part 2a at the lower end a bottomed cylindrical pedestal 3 that covers the port part 2a of the container body 2 and that is placed on a flowing water receiving surface 100 on which water flows an outside air introduction pipe 4 that is supported in the port part 2a of the container body 2 while the upper end opening part is positioned above the liquid level of the chemical L in the container body 2 and the lower end opening part communicates with the outside of the container body 2 an outflow passage 5 of the chemical L formed in the space between the outside air introduction pipe 4 and the port part 2a and an impregnation body 6 that is disposed in the pedestal 3 and into which the chemical L flowing out of the outflow passage 5 is impregnated.
