This invention relates to universal type dental implant structure, which includes an implant body and a dental crown. The implant body has an implant portion disposed on a cementum layer and a cortical bone layer, a protruding fixed portion connected to the implant portion, and a connection slot hole disposed on the protruding fixed portion and away from the implant portion. The implant portion is fixed in the cementum layer and the cortical bone layer, and the protruding fixed portion is protruded from the cortical bone layer for 3 to 6 mm.
