The bone interface structure includes a proximal portion of the bone interface structure adjacent the bone interface surface and a distal portion of the bone interface structure extending from the proximal portion of the bone interface structure, wherein the distal portion of the bone interface structure configured to be disposed at least partially into a bone structure during use.
