The present invention relates to a porous intervertebral fusion implant having an improved fixing portion, and more specifically, to a porous intervertebral fusion implant comprises: a porous bone growing portion replacing the space between neighboring spinal bones； and a fixing portion fixing a position of an implant inserted between the bone growing portion and the spinal bone. The fixing portion includes: a protrusion formed on a longitudinal lateral surface of the implant and protruding outside the implant in order to increase friction force of the inserted implant； and a linear support frame supporting a porous structure having a protruding shape, wherein the protrusion has a plurality of screw threads arranged at certain intervals for ensuring friction force. In addition, the screw thread includes: a vertical portion perpendicular to the direction of the surface of the bone growing portion in order to ensure friction force in a certain direction； a linear or curved inclined portion having a certain inclination in an insertion direction； and a horizontal portion disposed at end portions of the protruding screw threads in order to reduce damage to tissues surrounding the inserted implant. According to the present invention, the porous structure protrudes more than the support frame in order to maximize a growth speed of a bone to be treated and a cover portion is disposed to cover a through-hole in order to prevent broken bone pieces from departing from the inside of the bone growth portion.
