PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source apparatus for raising plants that can efficiently raise plants without giving displeasure to persons.SOLUTION: The light source apparatus for raising plants includes white LEDs and red LEDs. The color temperature of irradiation light is 2,800-6,500 K, and the ratio of the radiant flux intensity of a wavelength 600-700 nm to the radiant flux intensity of a wavelength 400-500 nm in the irradiation light is in a range of 1.52-4.56.
