PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a patch using ropinirole as a drug, wherein the patch comprises free ropinirole at a supersaturated concentration in a dissolved form in an adhesive agent layer, can be stored for a long period even under harsh conditions where no storage facility is present as in the case of the aftermath of the Great East Japan Earthquake, and can achieve both skin penetrability and pharmaceutical physical properties at high levels.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for producing a patch comprising a support layer and an adhesive agent layer arranged on at least one surface of the support layer, the method comprising: a step A of obtaining an adhesive agent layer composition comprising free ropinirole in an amount which results in a content of 5 to 13.2% by mass in an obtained adhesive agent layer a step B of heating the adhesive agent layer composition at a temperature in a range from 50 to 76°C for 5 minutes to 24 hours and a step C of cooling the heated adhesive agent layer composition to normal temperature at an average rate of temperature drop of 1 to 20°C/hour, thereby obtaining the adhesive agent layer comprising the free ropinirole at a supersaturated concentration in a dissolved form.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 薬物としてロピニロールを用いた貼付剤の製造方法において、ロピニロールフリー体を過飽和濃度かつ溶解型で粘着剤層中に含有しており、東日本大震災後のような保存設備の無い過酷な条件下であっても長期保存可能、かつ、皮膚透過性及び製剤物性の双方を高水準で達成可能な貼付剤を製造する方法を提供すること。【解決手段】支持体層と前記支持体層の少なくとも一方の面上に配置された粘着剤層とを備える貼付剤の製造方法であって、得られる粘着剤層中における含有量が5~13.2質量%となる量のロピニロールフリー体を含有する粘着剤層組成物を得る工程Aと、前記粘着剤層組成物を50~76℃の範囲内の温度で5分~24時間加熱する工程Bと、前記加熱後の粘着剤層組成物を1~20℃/時間の平均降温速度で常温まで冷却して、ロピニロールフリー体を過飽和濃度かつ溶解型で含有する前記粘着剤層を得る工程Cと、を含むことを特徴とする貼付剤の製造方法。【選択図】 なし
