A ropinirole-containing patch comprises an adhesive agent layer and a support layer, the adhesive agent layer containing ropinirole and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, whereina content of the ropinirole and/or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in terms of free ropinirole in the adhesive agent layer is 5 to 13.2% by mass relative to a total mass of the adhesive agent layer.
