The present invention is related to a gas-water mixer, which comprises a container body, a gas-water mixing unit, a liquid inlet, a gas inlet, a baffle and an outlet. The container body comprises a chamber, a top wall, a sidewall and a bottom wall. The gas-water mixing unit is pillar-shaped and located in the chamber. The pillar-shaped gas-water mixing unit has a gas inlet end, a gas outlet end and a through hole penetrating through the gas inlet end and the gas outlet end. A space is located between the pillar-shaped gas-water mixing unit and the sidewall of the container body. The liquid inlet allows water to enter the chamber of the container body and is fluidly connected to the space. The gas inlet allows gas to enter the chamber of the container body and is fluidly connected to the through hole. The baffle is located near the gas outlet end of the pillar-shaped gas-water mixing unit and configured to change the direction of gas flow. The outlet allows the gas-water mixture produced through the gas-water mixing unit to flow out of the container body.
