PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nobiletin composition having excellent solubility in water, and a method for conveniently producing the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for producing a solid dispersion containing nobiletin. The method includes the steps of mixing nobiletin or nobiletin-containing material with a water-soluble hesperidin derivative, before heating and melting； and cooling the molten material for solidifying.
